The General Manager and the team pride themselves on delivering the best customer service, food, and drink experience with a laid back enjoyable feel. We want anyone visiting the pub to feel at home and let us do the hard work for them. Even if that's down to recommending what food or wine they want after a long day!

The Metropolitan Pub Company has always been at the forefront of food, drink and service within the central and greater London area since 2011. And we are in the mist of some exciting times as we are growing, something not to be missed…

You’ll work with the general manager to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events and take charge of everything when the general manager’s away. You’ve already worked as an assistant manager in a busy pub for at least a year, and we’re keen to know what you’ve learnt.
But it’s more than that.

We’re much more interested in who you are and what you’re really like. What are you like to work with? How do you rally a team? Are you calm when things don’t go to plan? What makes you laugh?
