• 
  Provide technical service to all colleagues at Metro Bank and 3rd party colleagues working onshore and offshore.
• Works closely with other IT functions to help facilitate the resolution of technical and service incidents
• Support the triage of IT tickets and requests
• Support the team with scheduled work relating to maintenance and patching of IT systems
• Provide support to incident management
• Monitoring of IT systems
• Support in maintaining the online knowledge portal

• Role is hybrid with a mix of at home and office, needs to be commutable to head office in London

• 
  Maths & English GCSE at a C or equivalent
• Level 3/A Level (or equivalent) in IT or similar
• No higher qualification in IT than Level 3
• 3 years residency in the UK
• Age 18+
