Meraki Talent is recruiting for a Business Analyst for one of its Financial Services clients who operate in the investment’s platforms arena. Our Edinburgh City Centre based client and their diverse workforce use expert market knowledge to navigate clients through a constantly evolving market landscape. The role outlined below provides an excellent opportunity for a BA to deliver an ambitious programme of change in line with the company vision.

The role provides an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing company with a proven track record of success. Key responsibilities that carry considerable potential for professional development includes producing analysis through a range of techniques to support the delivery of change projects. Our client is looking for someone with strong experience as a Business Analyst and with a proven record of delivering complex business change projects.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst

• Ability to analyse and optimise processes providing recommendations and managing implementation of end-to-end solutions
• Ability to analyse requirements, design and implement effective control framework for target operating model.
• Engage with the Business Change team to ensure solutions remain aligned with the company goals and business requirements and liaising with project / task stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Identifying and documenting potential solutions in a professional manner considering all available information and constraints.

Background of the Business Analyst

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services Industry
• Wealth Management Platform experience
• Experience of working on a large programme of business change/migrations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
