Position Overview & Specifications
We're looking for an online grocery administrator to assist in ensuring every customer order runs as smoothly as possible, from the second a customer place an order on our website, to the moment their shopping is delivered.
Responsibilities
- Working online, you’ll process customer orders, locate merchandise, and assist with buying
- Assist in ensuring that all orders dropped at the warehouse are accurate
- Following up on out-of-stock items
- Provide online customer service via email, mobile and WhatsApp
Experience and Requirements
- Awareness of ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon and ebay.
- Skilled in shopping online from UK grocery stores.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft and google docs
- A keen attention to detail and passion for great customer service.
- Willing to learn and operate new technology
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
