We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and we’re looking for a Finance Assistant to come and join us for a 12 month Sandwich placement. Armbands optional.
The Part You’ll Play…
We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic undergraduate who has an interest in pursuing a career in Commercial Finance / Accountancy once they graduate. The role is a 12 month Sandwich placement for someone looking to spend a year in industry before their final year.


In this role you will have responsibility for the delivery of accurate client billing and individual job management. Specifically this will involve:
  • Reviewing jobs on a regular basis ensuring costs are billed accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Developing a basic understanding of key client contracts/terms of business, relating to fees and charges, billing procedures, menu costings, expenses, and ensuring that invoices raised are in accordance with these agreed terms.
  • Ensuring correct accounting for revenue, compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies, and ensuring revenue is correctly allocated to relevant departments.
  • Ensuring relevant documentation with regard to Purchase Order numbers and client authorisation is received and retained, and complies with relevant client agreements, revenue recognition accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Producing billing and reconciling with client schedules when required.
