Job Title
Global B2B Marketing Operations, Senior Analyst
Overview
We are a community of marketers focused on B2B products, solutions and services. The Global Marketing Operations team centrally supports Mastercard’s go-to-market strategy and campaign execution.

Responsibilities
  • Help build the strategy, design and implementation of processes to ensure successful campaigns across owned and paid channels, including email, social media, advertising, SEO, newsletters and other tactics
  • Work with internal stakeholders and project sponsors to define business objectives, establish project milestones and timeline and drive the process end to end from ideation to launch
  • Oversee campaign deliverables and project manage internal stakeholders across business units, regions
  • Support the development of digital content to support marketing strategies and generate sales leads, including web projects, thought leadership and virtual events
  • Optimize advertising investments, and suggest improvements when ad campaigns are not performing against targets
  • Measure the performance of marketing campaigns to effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards
  • Effectively partner with vendors (e.g., marketing agencies, creative agencies, event organizers, etc.) and internal stakeholders to drive desired outcomes

Experience
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving to solve complex problems
  • Comfortable with presenting to senior leaders.
  • Superior attention to tasks, detail and follow through.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract learnings and identify key insights
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, while meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Analytics or similar)
  • Experience successfully executing end-to-end marketing campaigns
