Becoming a Masaj Therapist

We are seeking recently graduated massage therapists to join our team in our new studio opening in Soho, Summer 2023. We are looking for Therapists who are new to the industry who are willing to learn and develop new skills. This is perfect opportunity to grow and develop a career within our studios and would suit a newly qualified Level 3 Therapist.

We aim to take the inevitable stresses of being an in-demand Massage Therapist out of the job. We seek to provide a place where Therapists can be the expert and concentrate on bodywork, while we do the rest.

About you

• A recent massage graduate who is looking to start with us from July 2023 and gain experience with experts in the industry.
• We require all our team members to hold a minimum level 3 qualification in Holistic, Swedish or equivalent massage.
• We ask for a commitment to a mixture of opening, closing, weekday and weekend shifts (weekend only shifts are available but we will need candidates to be available for training with the week).
• All team members are required to undertake a paid onboarding session, customer service and up-skill training sessions before working onsite.
• We are looking for candidates who want to gain experience within the industry, are willing to learn and want to grow with an ambitious wellness company.

Rota and Shift Information

• We are open from 7.45am until 9.45pm daily, and this day is split up into shifts
• You will only ever massage up to 5.5 hours per shift
• Shifts are often busy but there is always 15 minutes between sessions.
• We do not allow back to back shifts on the same day
• We take care to schedule sensible 2 week rotating shift patterns
• We ask for a month's notice for a permanent change to your rotating rota
• We ask for a month's notice if you are going to be away for a period of time
• There are always extra shifts which you can pick at your own leisure

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £11.99-£50.33 per hour
