Handover specialist/Sales Support Executive - Mercedes-Benz of Chichester

The Role

We are now seeking a talented Handover specialist to join our successful Mercedes-Benz of Chichester dealership. The ideal candidate will be a well organised team player, who is able to demonstrate excellent administration skills and the ability to adhere to policy. As a key part of the Sale team, you will provide support to our Sales Manager and Sales Executive.

This position is offered on a full-time basis Monday – Friday, with a day off in the week, working every Saturday. So if you are currently in a Sales Role within the Motor Industry or wish to start your Sales Career we would love to hear from you.

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm

Saturday 8.30am - 5pm

What does a Handover specialist do?

• Manage dealership vehicle advertising, which includes photographing vehicle stock, uploading images onto online advertising, posting customer offers and maintaining showroom pricing displays.
• Ensuring the processing of used car stock from dealership arrival to valeting to sales display within strict time lines.
• General house-keeping and admin support to facilitate Sales team performance.
• Loading and unloading of transporters of newly arrived vehicles.
