Boat Builder/Deck Fitter

Marine Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Boat Builder with an eye for detail to join a world class Yacht Building company in Southampton.

Our client has built-up a solid reputation within the marine industry and are recognised as one of the leading boat builders in the UK.

With a healthy order book, there are plenty of hours available and with overtime at a higher rate, there is scope for much higher earning potential.

With options for a 4 day week, this role really offers a platform for you to build a work life balance to suit you.

You will have experience working in the marine industry from working either interior or exterior on vessels.

The role can be varied and can include:

• Teak deck Fitting
• Fitting various deck hardware
• Window installation
• Trimming and bonding GRP/Wood/Metal
• Assisting other departments such as joinery and engineering.

This is a 40 hour week role with overtime available, company pension scheme, PPE and company uniform provided.
