Junior Creative Producer

We’re looking for an exceptionally organised and inspiringly creative Junior Creative Producer. This is the role for you if you thrive on turning ideas and concepts into reality. You’ll fit in well if you’re a team player who enjoys bringing people together to make engaging creative assets and campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Work alongside the Senior creative producer to manage our talent network of actors, influencers and customers, booking talent as required

• Assist with the coordination and on-the-day execution of studio and location photo / video shoots

• Help to source creative talent to compliment the skills of our in-house creative team on a range of projects and briefs

• Support our Senior Creative Producer in the development of creative assets; from managing the flow of work to updating stakeholders across the business

• Contribute to the development of creative content and campaign ideas

• Research competitors and businesses of note, influencers, and viral campaigns to inform current and fresh ideas.

We are looking for someone with:

• Demonstrable experience of creative production in a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders of varying levels

• Cutting edge interest in creative and deep understanding of specific social media platforms creative needs

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential

• An understanding of performance creative ad creation a bonus
