Care Assistant

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Galahill House Care Home. Full/Part Time - Days & Nights available.

Your main goal as a Care Assistant within one of our Homes is to enhance the lives of residents who live there. You will ensure the highest quality, person-centred care is delivered to our residents whilst maintaining their dignity and respecting their right to choice and independence. You will be assisting residents with personal care, helping at meal times, getting involved in resident activities and outings and just being a friendly face and someone to talk to over a cup of tea. You will work under the direct supervision of Senior Care Staff who will guide and mentor you through your induction period.

To be successful in this role you will be a caring individual, the ability to multitask with excellent communication skills. Experience in the care sector is advantageous but not essential as we will provide full training to the right candidate.

Part-time hours: 22-33 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour
