£27,000 rising to £30,000 after 6 months and £34,000 after 2 years.

UK Staffing Group are currently looking for talented customer advisors to join an exciting rapidly growing company based in Manchester. The role can be performed at home with an office visit 1-2x a month.

Our client has recently secured a large government contract to deliver debt support and advice to clients in need and we’re looking for empathic, personable people who enjoy helping those most vulnerable. You will not be hard selling or cold calling, you will take a soft approach to advise on the best solutions for each clients circumstances.

Full training is on offer, so if you’ve not worked as a Debt Advice Specialist, their intuitive training programme will provide you with all the skills to start making a positive difference for families and their financial situation.

The business have a flexible approach to work where quality of service and job satisfaction are prioritised above anything else. This has allowed the current work force to take advantage of working from home full remotely or hybrid working if preferred from their offices in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Job Role & Requirements:

The successful Debt Advice Specialists will be comfortable with a telephone based role speaking with a range of people day to day. You will assess the circumstances and discuss the full range of options available to them. You will make a suitable recommendation on an appropriate debt solution and budgeting that will help them to become debt free and build financial resilience.

- Customer advisor or customer service experience 3+ years

- Experience within a financial industry preferred but not essential.

- Highly personable, empathetic and compassionate characteristics important.
- Strong and confident communicator with fluent English language skills.
- Good IT skills, competent with a range computer systems.
- Driven, self-motivated and disciplined.

- Good maths and numeracy skills.
