  • Consider user research into everything you do; Identify user personas and discover user stories to better design products.

You’ve got this covered

  • Have fantastic design skills and an eye for attention to detail
  • A solid understanding of the principles of user-centred design
  • You have a passion to do what’s right for the user
  • A knack for asking the right questions to unearth the underlying needs of a user
  • Good with words, able to convey what you intend
  • You actively seek out critiques of your work
  • People like working with you and you’re pretty persuasive
  • Your communication skills mean you’re able to express your views

Good to have

  • Experience in Project and Client Management
  • Experience and passion for branding design

Must haves

  • A desire to find what value we can offer to our clients to add strength to our case studies
