The Role:

As the Assistant Project Closeout Manager, you will play a key role in the development of our Programme Management Office (PMO) within the Development function here at MAG. The goal of this role is to ensure that all of the closeout activities are completed to allow for the effective and efficient closure of capital projects. As part of this role, you will report to the Project Closeout Manager, focusing on a number of other responsibilities such as;

• Responsible for ensuring fixed asset transfers, lessons learned, and post investment appraisals are completed
• Monitor the closeout stage to ensure project requisitions and contracts are closed out
• Provide support to project delivery teams on project closeout activities
• Monitor closeout activities to ensure that capital projects are closed out within the agreed KPIs
• Manage DocuSign for approvals on closeout activities
• Provide regular updates on project closeouts to Project Closeout Manager

You:

As the Assistant Project Closeout Manager, you will experience in managing project controls, financial and asset management systems. In addition to this experience, you also have:

• Demonstrable experience of working in a project environment

• Knowledge of project delivery ways of working

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience of working in a multi- stakeholder environment
