About a role:

As a Receptionist at Botley Park, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests. You should have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest’s expectations. As a Receptionist, you will oversee the daily running of reception, working alongside the shift leader covering all aspects of the front office administration (including registration, porter services, telephone and face to face enquiries, concierge services, and guest reservations) to deliver a unique guest experience and brings the brand to life.

Outline Job Description:

· Ensure you provide guests with a prompt and efficient service, professional attention, and personal recognition.

· Oversee the day-to-day running of the shift, working with daily task lists.

Support in increasing occupancy and ADR through walk-ins and upselling at the front desk.

· Taking ownership of the safety and security of the Hotel during your shift.

. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback, and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.

· Ideally, being OPERA trained but not essential

This position will include shifts working and includes working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.

Salary: £10.75 per hour
