As a Crazy Golf Kiosk Attendant, you are responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service ensuring a quality and friendly service, in a clean and safe environment.
• Issuing Crazy Golf equipment, using a till and advising guests
• Be empowered to resolve guest complaints speedily and with empathy and to the satisfaction of the guest
• Have a good knowledge of all products and services on the park, identify and upsell encourage secondary spend

Qualifications and Experience:

• No qualifications needed
• Be friendly and personable with total focus on the guests and their safety

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time Contract available

Salary: £NMW per hour
