Position Overview & Specifications

Part-time Office Administrator - Brighton

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, organised and helpful individual to join our growing Office Administration team. This is a fast paced, busy and administrative focused role.

You will have the opportunity to help grow a positive and upbeat office culture, feeding into a range of initiatives including employee events, local comms and special workplace improvement projects.

Our new offices are in the heart of Brighton, as part of a shared working space that also contains a café, rooftop bar as well as running a wide range of events for members of the building.

The position is part time based on 22.5 hours per week. You will report to the Operations Manager who is based in London, UK.

Please note, this is an office-based role.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for calls coming in and redirect as required
  • Handling company enquiries as well as redirecting client's calls for support
  • Liaise with and book couriers and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor and order office supplies such as beverages and stationery
  • Liaise with central IT function to send and receive employee IT equipment
  • Liaison with LTG's centralised internal comms function to help socialise corporate news at a local level
  • Liaison with the local employee workforce to gather feedback and ideas for office culture and social activities
  • Extensive office administration duties which will be managed via our in house service desk
  • Arrange UK and overseas travel for UK colleagues including trains, flights, hotels and cars
  • Organise social events including group wide end of year event and location summer socials
  • Assist London based LTG Operations Manager (Emma Burton) and your team with the overflow of tasks
