Purchase Ledger Clerk
Full Time, 37 hours per week
Salary Range: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our friendly and close-knit Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration working closely with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role, preferably within accounts payable or purchase ledger functions.
To excel in this position, you need to have strong numerical and analytical skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is needed as well as being methodical, and able to solve problems.
This role is offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. However, for the right candidate, we are willing to discuss flexibility on working hours.
