We're one of the fastest growing parts of the country and the third most diverse London borough. Our communities are attracted by a mixture of excellent schools, relatively affordable housing, high-quality open space and rapid transport connections into the heart of the City.

You will be responsible for driving continuous quality improvement, enhancing the experience of our residents and supporting our provider to break down health and work-related barriers to support residents into sustainable employment. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in work that supports residents who are hardest hit by the cost-of-living crisis across the subregion.

The outstanding candidate should have experience in preparing for audits, developing processes and driving quality on large programmes. The role requires excellent partnership working and ability to pay attention to detail.

Local London is the sub-regional partnership of nine boroughs: Enfield, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Greenwich, Bromley and Bexley.

This is a hybrid role where staff can work flexibly at home or in the office at Lynton House, Ilford. There will be a requirement to attend external meetings and deliver training across our 9 boroughs.
