A Marketing Content Creator drives the creation and management of technical content. This includes website authoring, development of technical and marketing documentation & collateral, photography and videography.

Responsibilities:

• Centralised role taking a lead on content creation that can be used by the Marketing and Sales teams to support lead generation and sales execution.
• Website authoring and optimisation (including SEO/SEM).
• Technical documentation creation & management (Adobe, Indesign & Flare).
• Creative content creation (Creative Suite, Photography, Videography, Animation)
• Ensuring clear and consistent branding across documentation, following brand guidelines.
• Willing to get involved with a broad spectrum on marketing activities.

Essential:

• Tech Savvy / quick learner of software packages / adept at Photoshop / In-Design.
• Can Do & Hands-on Attitude.
• CMS experience with Basic HTML/CSS experience.
• Working understanding of HTML and CSS coding.
• Understanding of technical documentation, its creation and it’s distribution via digital platforms.
• Strong creative copy editing and writing skills, with an excellent grasp of English language and eye for grammar.
• An understanding of MadCap Flare or other content management application would be an advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite products: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
