SUMMARY

LMC Physio & Fitness is seeking a talented, dynamic and motivated musculoskeletal physiotherapist to join the team. The opportunity can be a full time employed position or several part ( employed or self employed) roles. We are also open to considering new graduates or experienced Physiotherapist and the salary offered will reflect your experience and level of support you will require. We can support new graduates with training and supervision but also offer CPD options for more experienced Physiotherapists.

COMPANY BACKGROUND
We are a private musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice offering a high quality patient-centred physiotherapy service. We believe in providing the best quality service and therapy to our patients. We utilise evidence-based practice to optimise recovery and aim for a mix between hands on treatment but with a strong focus on education, rehabilitation and reassurance.

We are a small team and aim to provide an excellent working environment. We offer annual CPD budgets, paid administration breaks, regular social events and much more. We aim to offer you personal and professional growth within the company.

Our Caseload is self payers or private medical insurance. We do not have any contracts with medico-legal companies.

We have two clinics in Rugby and Coventry and the role will likely be split between these sites and our off site contracts. We have occupational health contracts with some large local companies and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in this field if desired. We have close links with local orthopaedic consultant and GP's. This role is ideal for a motivated Physiotherapist looking to develop and specialise in MSK.

We have a fully equipped fitness studio for rehabilitation and we also provide exercise classes and personal training from this area. You will have admin support from our practice manager.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will work in the practice, assessing and treating a caseload of private and medical insurance clients. Regular CPD, mentoring and in-house training will be offered for successful candidates to help develop and improve their skills.

SKILLS DESIRED

- BSc Physiotherapy or masters level equivilant
- Clear evidence of a special interest in MSK
- HCPC and CSP registered.
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent organisations and administration skills
- A good team player

WORKING HOURS

The hours can be flexible but will include one evening clinic

Full time hours are 37.5. Employed and salaried or part time (hours negotiable) (employed or self employed)

Candidates must have a UK working visa.
