- JOB TITLE: Recruitment Budget Analyst
- SALARY: £37,548 - £41,720 (Salary may vary on location)
- LOCATION(S): Leeds, Halifax
- HOURS: Full Time
- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
- Financial Analysis: Strong analytical skills to evaluate the financial position, identify trends, use recruitment and organisational data to make recommendations. Must have a good understanding of financial data and budgeting processes. Ability to utilise information to provide a financial forecast. Use of analytical tools, such as Excel, PowerBi, financial software or budgeting tools.
- Technical Skills: Basic accounting skills to run the budget, including raising Purchase Orders, paying invoices, ledger reconciliation, accruals and journalling. Understand and utilise Group processes, systems, and policies. Ability to extract and utilise data for analytical use.
- Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in budget reporting and provide robust forecasting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex financial information and analysis to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Must be able to explain financial processes and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Planning and organisational skills: Strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Must be able to prioritise tasks effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
- Business Acumen: Ability to develop a good understanding of Recruitment and the wider Group. Ability to align financial planning and budgeting activities with the Talent Management & Acquisitions wider strategic goals and objectives.
- Problem Solving: Able to identify and address issues related to end-to-end recruitment budget and forecasting process. Able to develop creative suggestions for solutions and present to stakeholders for consideration.
