  • JOB TITLE: Group People Risk & Resilience Manager
  • SALARY: £61,641 - £68,490
  • LOCATION(S): Halifax , Bristol & Edinburgh
  • HOURS: Full Time
  • WORKING PATTERN:
  • Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a data & insight focused manager who loves to collaborate with stakeholders across the Group and has the passion and drive to advocate the importance of people risk and resilience. We are looking for people who can navigate people risk and people resilience, encourage new thinking, develop best practices and deliver a clear framework and provide mentorship.
  • Provides technical mentorship as required during the development and prioritisation of people risk and pillar framework, utilising a sound knowledge of key people processes and best practice.
  • Ensures minimisation of risk exposure in the design and operation of the people pillar framework, collaborating to build practical and innovative solution.
  • Designs and evolves the approach to People Risk Management across the Group.
  • Analyse data from multiple sources (e.g. Service Now & RCSA) to draw appropriate insight and conclusions and make suitable recommendations and makes sense of sophisticated, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • Lead engagement with colleagues across the Group to share insight and advocate the importance of people risk and resilience.

What we need from you!
  • Strong understanding of Group people risk and people processes.
  • Strong understanding of Operational Resilience.
  • Logical thinking, innovation and ability to analyse data to provide insight.
  • Proactive self starter with the ability to plan and prioritise activities and react and respond in a changing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style and influence senior stakeholders.
And any experience of these would be really useful
  • Strong working knowledge of CBP / IBS framework
  • Strong working knowledge of Service Now & RCSA
