About the team

The Client Servicing & Engagement Platform will deliver the next generation digital bank for clients, which is mobile first and data led. By simplifying and automating journeys, clients will receive a better experience, and colleagues will be enabled to spend more time helping clients to grow their business.

About the role:

As a key member of our wider Engineering team, we expect that you to demonstrate and apply exemplary software engineering practices and skills in addition to mentoring our more junior team members.

This is a key time in our journey, and we're seeking people who enjoy the opportunity to shape the direction and success of a team and lead on delivering some initiatives.
