LFDY UK Ltd. is a part of LIVE FAST DIE YOUNG Clothing GmbH which is a young and fast growing company that has developed from an online retailer to a professionally managed streetwear label with several retail stores across Europe.

We are now extending our business by opening our first retail store in the UK.

LFDY is not only the short form of the company name and the dogma of the founder - it stands also for exclusive, modern and authentic streetwear. We want to offer our young, progressive and trend-conscious customers high quality products within a unique shopping experience. Therefore, quality, design and style are essential values that we consider in every step of our work to create an authentic brand and customer experience.

Become a part of our highly motivated and great LFDY-Team and get to work in our first Store in London, UK. We are looking for an ambitious Store Manager to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, operations, business administration, team lead and development.

About your role and responsibilities:

  • Lead the store by following the LFDY standards and driving performance
  • Maintain an authentic LFDY environment across the store
  • Ensure to be compliant with all guidelines with regards to visual merchandise, customer service and other given standards as stock coordination
  • Acting as brand ambassador, you will be a present leader on the shop floor to ensure a perfect customer experience, achieve a high customer satisfaction and to increase the brand loyality
  • Represent the brand as our local hero in front of all stakeholders (Build and maintain familiarity with the local external environment: customers, competitors and talent)
  • Maintain a commercial mindset to continuously identify opportunities to increase the sales performance
  • Promote operational excellence in all areas of the store
  • Discover excellent product knowledge and promote the same standard throughout the team
  • Maintain a good understanding of product sales performance to improve the sale of available merchandise
  • Lead, inspire and manage a high performing, positive team
  • You will report directly to the Operations Retail Management and be a part of our LFDY Store-Manager-Team

Your Profile / Job requirements:

  • Extensive retail experience including experience in management and business administration
  • Enthusiasm and a genuine passion about streetwear
  • Leadership skills to achieve personal and business success
  • Team motivating, coaching and development
  • High level of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels (e.g. teammember, customer and authorities)
  • Flexibility to work across our opening hours
  • Extensive English knowledge as well as good MS Office skills
