Online ESL Teacher

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ESL Teacher to join our fast-growing team of creatives, educators, marketers, and engineers.

What you’ll do:

• Plan lessons for assigned classes and teach English classes in accordance with our program on our ever-evolving educational technology platform
• Apply modern methodology solutions in a welcoming classroom
• Evaluate learner progress, and provide ongoing and encouraging guidance for their continued development
• Participate in online extracurricular activities like conversation clubs, games, and webinars to help build a community of learners

What you bring to the table:

• A demonstrated passion for lifelong learning as evidenced by energy and positivity
• 1-3 years of similar experience teaching English online to adult learners individually and in groups
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly learning environment
• A creative, tolerant, and open mindset
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and relationship skills
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, CELTA YL and DELTA certificates are a plus!
