We have a number of Restaurants across London, we also have an online shop from which allows customers to order online quickly and easily with seamless deliveries straight to their front door.

All of this of course requires preparation, which is all done in our very own Lina Cucina in Peckham, where we develop our high-quality Italian recipes.

About the role:
We are looking for passionate Head Pastry Chefs to join our new Lina Cucina (development kitchen) in Peckham. The perfect candidates will have previous experience working in Italian food preparation and will be driven to develop and grow their careers in the kitchen and bring their new ideas to our already award winning selection.

Role responsibilities:

• Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, tarts, doughs following traditional and modern Italian recipes
• Creating new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
• Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation as per dish specifications
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
• Guide and motivate pastry assistants
• Maintain an orderly working space and adhere to health and safety standards
• Good attention to detail and creativity
• Organizing skills
• Willingness to learn and input with new ideas
