Night Hygiene Operative

Len Wright Salads Ltd are looking for full time, permanent Night Hygiene Operatives to join the team at our factory in Tarleton, Preston, PR4 6XB. We are10 miles northeast of the seaside town of Southport and 10 miles southwest of the city of Preston.

This is a permanent, full time opportunity for passionate individuals and full training for the role will be provided. Immediate starts available. Similar experience will be an advantage.

Start rate of £11.50, £14.30 per hour on completion of training.

Full time 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis (20:00-04:30)

Role and Responsibilities

-Cleaning manufacturing equipment, machinery and production lines to the required standard.

-Conform to cleaning standard cards ‘CIPS’ to ensure high standards of cleaning.

-Working collectively with the Hygiene Team to deliver the required Hygiene Standards.

-Responsible handling of Chemicals.

-Dismantling machinery before cleaning, assembling machinery post cleaning.

-Ensuring all fixed guarding is secure and in position post cleaning.

-Post cleaning checks ensuring machinery/equipment is cleaned to the company standard.

-Maintain safe working practices

-Adhere to the cleaning schedules

- Prepare and be responsible for any cleaning equipment used to carry out duties, including the clean down of equipment
