About the role


The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Team to deliver customer learning solutions across Learning Pools suite of products and services. As Project Coordinator you will have responsibility for maintaining project documentation to help inform our customers, colleagues and stakeholders. You will work closely with the Project Managers on large complex projects and you may also have the opportunity to lead on smaller, less complex projects.


This is a demanding but rewarding support role, working with multiple stakeholders at any given time. You will help to maintain the standard for the customer experience throughout their journey with us.

Location:
Flexible within the UK, with an expectation of regular attendance at an office location 2 days per week (Derry, Nottingham or Belfast). Occasional travel to other Learning Pool or customer sites with overnight stays may be required.


What you will be doing


Roles and responsibilities include:


  • Working closely with Project Managers, customers and Learning Pool colleagues to ensure effective and efficient delivery and implementation of various learning solutions
  • Support multiple projects at various stages of deployment, and handover to the Customer Success Team
  • Participating in project meetings, including setting these up when necessary
  • Preparing and maintaining project plans including schedules, RAID logs and tracking via project tools and dashboards
  • Assisting with set-up and configuration tasks across the Learning Pool suite of products
  • Recording project status to inform customers and colleagues about progress
  • Supporting the management team with ad hoc requirements


Who we are looking for

  • Practical, logical, creative and analytical approach to finding solutions to problems
  • Keen interest and ability to learn new technologies
  • Experience of working independently and using own initiative
  • Good knowledge of IT systems such as G/Suite, M/S Office



It would be advantageous to demonstrate:


  • Knowledge or experience of working with, and using, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
  • Experience of e-learning content production with exposure to software like Adapt and Storyline Articulate.
  • Knowledge or experience of project management tools, e.g. Smartsheets, Jira, Microsoft Project, Salesforce
