Customer Service Assistant

We are excited to advertise two part time customer service assistant roles within our team here at Laser Quest, intu Trafford Centre. No experience required, but you must be fluent in English.

We are looking for energetic, dedicated, fun and outgoing individuals to join the busiest Laser Quest in the UK to strengthen our team.

At Laser Quest we pride ourselves on providing the very best service for birthday parties, corporate challenges, family entertainment or simply zapping your mates!

The duties include:- Kitting and briefing people to play Laser Quest or to go on The Rock, running birthday parties and group events, serving customers and cash handling. The hours will be spread across mainly weekends and evenings.

We always look for personality and enthusiasm in our staff, along with a genuine desire to ensure every customer has a Zaptastic time every time.

Needless to say your communication skills will be outstanding, ensuring everyone reaches their true potential and works well together as a team.
