Full Time Imam

Lancaster Muslim Welfare Society. Vacancy for Full Time Imam. We currently have a vacancy for a qualified, and experienced full time Imam at our Masjid, Raza Mosque. It serves a small community of Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamah Muslims in Lancaster and the surrounding area. Core Duties will include leading the five daily prayers, including Jummah, funerals, teaching of children at the Mosque madrassa. The suitable candidate will be able to take responsibility of the religious, community and educational affairs of the Mosque by providing Islamic guidance, practices and leadership to the Muslim community of Lancaster according to the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Mohammed ﷺ. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Accomodation can be provided.

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
