Job Title:

Sales Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Responsibilities & Duties:

As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the Sales team to manage the supply chain cycle from sourcing to delivery, with a focus on wholesale operations. You will explore new sales channels and assist management in obtaining new business while providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners. You will support the development of new product lines and initiatives, build relationships with new and existing retailers, and process customer orders while providing support to the sales team.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a team member with prior sales experience, ideally coming from a role in buying, merchandising, or wholesale. A relevant qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and applied ICT, and strong numeracy and analytical skills are a must. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, self-initiative, and a strong work ethic, who can go above and beyond to help the sales team acquire new customers and new business.
