You will collaborate with Customer Partners, Consult Partners, and engineers to support the creation, development, and advancement of target opportunities, while clearly communicating Kyndryl's expertise and differentiated value in mainframe modernization and the Core Enterprise / zCloud domain through demos, presentations, and workshops. As a sales leader, you will also develop and manage sales plans to drive opportunity growth and customer success.What you will do• Clarify business requirements, technical requirements, and current challenges through customer discussions• Propose mainframe hardware, software, related software, and solution offerings• Work with account teams and engineers to develop solutions based on feasibility, value, and risk• Plan and deliver proposals, presentations, demos, PoCs, and workshops• Lead sales planning, opportunity progress, pipeline management, and stakeholder coordination to support deal closure• Conduct pre-sales quality checks, internal alignment, and compliance reviews• Co-create optimal technical solutions with alliance partners and internal / external stakeholdersWho You AreRequired skills and experience• 3+ years of sales experience at an IT vendor, proposing or selling hardware, software, or related solutions• Sales and proposal experience for external customers, not limited to internal group companies• Ability to clarify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions with account teams and engineers• Experience leading sales planning, progress management, and stakeholder coordination as a sales leader• Mainframe sales or engineering experience, or strong motivation to learn the mainframe domain• Practical experience in consultative selling or pre-sales• Strong customer-facing, clear communication, and customer-success mindsetPreferred skills and experience• Experience proposing mainframe modernization solutions• Sales experience with mainframe hardware or software• Sales experience with mainframe-related software or solutions• Facilitation skills to lead workshops and customer sessions• Bachelor's or master's degree• 5+ years of experience proposing or selling technical services to customers across multiple industries• Technical knowledge or certifications related to Core Enterprise / zCloudBeing YouThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
