Description & Requirements

  • Salary up to 44k per annum eligible for up to 20% bonus per year.
  • Improve asset reliability across the different areas of the site by driving the introduction of best practices- standards and new ways of working for the maintenance team
  • Lead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance- Total Productive Maintenance- Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance methodologies- tools and techniques
  • Support the maintenance team in the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System- including review and improvement of maintenance strategies and asset care
  • Lead the creation of engineering standards with the goal of improving asset reliability and cost reduction
  • Provide technical support to the operations and engineering teams- liaising with external service providers when necessary
  • Lead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs to guide improvement plans across the site
  • Adhere to Safety and Quality standards- behaving as role model for the engineering teams
  • Be the subject matter expert for asset performance and reliability within area of responsibility
  • Own specific asset reliability improvement plans
  • Generate asset performance and maintenance reports as required
  • Ensure all site standards for parts and installations are up to date and adhere to industry best practices
  • Support management of external service providers
  • Support the development of the site maintenance planning process
  • Complete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when required
