London's newest private members club are currently looking for PART TIME COCKTAIL Waiters and Waitresses for different concepts within the brand new House of KOKO Private Members Club team, part of Londons most exciting Live Music and hospitality venue, KOKO.

We are a late night venue so late finishes required (01:00/2:00 am OR 4/5 AM)

MUST BE AVAILABLE WED-SAT

Company contribution to Taxi if working after 12 midnight !

About the role

• Taking orders and serving Cocktails prepared by our Bar Teams
• Bottle/Table Service
• Upselling and making recommendations
• taking payments

About you

• Experience in Luxury Hospitality preferable
• Immaculately presented
• People and service focused
• Love of music, art, fashion and nightlife
• Kind and fun with personality.
• Organised, reliable and a good timekeeper.
• Passionate about hospitality, live music and entertainment.

We are looking for exceptional waiters who will be:

• · Greeting guests.
• · Setting up tables to the highest specification.
• · Always ensuring perfect cleanliness and order.
• · Full menu and drinks list knowledge.
• · The ability to read guests and make appropriate recommendations.
• · Accurately taking orders and processing them for the Bar.
• · Checking drinks match the order and delivering it to tables.
• · Presenting and answering questions.
• · Giving bills and processing payments.
• · Follow alcohol license restrictions.
• · Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• · Attending daily service briefings and monthly meetings.
