JRD Innovations Ltd are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Executive to join our busy, hard-working but fun marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their marketing career. You will be responsible for focusing on the multi-channel, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategy with the focus of acquiring and retaining existing and prospective customers. You need to be knowledgeable in the KOL industry and can leverage KOLs for business development. You will have experience within campaign management, PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media management, affiliate marketing, ecommerce, and live stream.

Main duties

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (Little red book/Douyin), email marketing, paid search, and SEO

2. Writing news articles, press releases and internal communications.

3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media, ecommerce, and digital marketing

4. Work with cross-functional teams, including the sales team and operation team, to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns

5. Maintain and provide regular reports on marketing activities

6. Using the latest digital marketing technology

7. Manage ecommerce activities, including seasonal campaigns and promotions

Person Specification:

1. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (Both in English and Chinese)

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, ecommerce, and KOL marketing

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Little red book and Douyin

4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio.

5. Experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth

6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
