What you will do

• Responsible for the daily timely and accurate and effective credit vetting

• To review completeness of accepted orders, provide feedback on any failures

• To foster effective working relationships with COPG / IBC / Collections and Sales.

• Develop best practice to the credit vetting process so queries and errors are minimised

• To maintain responsibilities for compliance with regulatory audit requirements

• Continually update knowledge of internal and external business solutions to come up with best practice for the business.

How you will do it

• Review and action all credit vetting requests and advise on any potential risks both ADT and Tyco within 24-hour SLA for orders in line with current Delegation of Authority.

• Investigate and resolve any Credit Vetting queries, daily and report back to the Stakeholders

• Work with both Internal and External Auditors to ensure all documentation required is presented in a timely manner.

• Action all audit requirements for accepted orders to ensure compliance, in line with current agreed criteria

• Quality check changes made in the Customer Master File in line with current audit criteria.

• Review all new resale contracts on a monthly basis for accuracy and feedback findings

• Manage the auto exceptions list and review customer and limits on a quarterly basis.

• Collection of Inter Company debts from other JCI entities

• Any other tasks deemed to be relevant to this position.

• Financial experience or exposure

• Computer literate across various ERP systems

• Commercially aware
