A fantastic opportunity is available for a diligent embroidery operative to join an established UK PPE and Health & Safety clothing specialist company. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Based in Warrington, Cheshire, the successful candidate will earn a competitive salary with additional company benefits included in the package.

Reporting to the Embroidery Pro Supervisor, the Embroidery Pro Operative role would include, but not be limited to:
- Embroider garments as directed, using machinery;
- Put used cottons away daily, clean the steamer and any other relevant equipment as directed.
- Ensure service requirements and expectations of the customer are met with optimum quality and exceptional service;
- Ensure customer orders/requests are completed successfully;
- Liaise with the customer service department and other departments to check orders and to report on progress;
- To be considered for the Embroidery Pro operative role you must have attention to detail, the ability to trim/cut fabrics neatly and to learn how to use the embroidery machinery to ensure high quality garments for customers. It is also crucial to be able to work quickly and well under pressure.
In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential:
- The confidence to learn in-house systems and relevant machinery;
- The right attitude, personality, potential and skills to provide excellent customer service and take ownership of specific tasks;
- A genuine interest in the work;
- The initiative and ability to resolve queries and complaints, using pre-defined escalation points where necessary.
Working hours are 38 per week, 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3pm on Fridays, with 30 minutes for lunch.
