Technical SEO Specialist, based at Holiday House, Central Leeds. Reporting to the Senior SEO Manager, the Technical SEO Specialist will be part of the Web & eCommerce team.

What will you do in the role?

Organic traffic is key to our ambitious plans, and we’re looking for someone who loves SEO as much as we love creating memories for our customers. Responsible for monitoring, devising, planning and implementing best practice technical SEO enhancements to improve the overall SEO profile of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.

• Working as one team in our Web and eCommerce team, you will use your expertise and experience to ensure SEO is at the heart of all things web.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that all web properties have best in class technical SEO;
• Assist the development and implementation of the SEO strategy, lead discussions with internal stakeholders, ensure progress and performance is reported regularly.

What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

We’re looking for a perfect blend of project manager, and on-page SEO specialist. The successful candidate will Take Responsibility for helping lead technical strategy, working closely with our development, UX, and product owner teams.

• Demonstrable knowledge of technical SEO with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dedicated SEO role and proven technical experience.
• A keen eye for data as well as spotting and taking opportunities.
• Experience in working across teams, and comfortable explaining and discussing technical SEO to various stakeholders.
