Back of House Ground Operations Trainer: East Midlands Airport

Based at East Midlands Airport and reporting to the Ground Operations Training Supervisor, the Ground Operations Trainer will be responsible for providing classroom training, support and coaching to both our baggage and ramp colleagues to ensure they are working and operating in accordance with our safety culture and brand philosophy.

You will identify and analyse individual training and development needs, making recommendations in line with the Leadership Framework. You will be responsible for the delivery of coaching and support for all Back of House colleagues, ensuring training is tailored to individual requirements. As part of the Training Team, you will be responsible for the design and development of initial and recurrent training for all front of house Teams to support them to achieve the highest performance standards.

The successful candidate will deliver training to back of house colleagues. You will have experience in this area. Already demonstrating Role Model behaviours, you will be a subject matter expert, and will be able to share your knowledge as well as be able to engage and influence others. You will be passionate about training and developing others and be able to engage with both front or house and back of house teams. Unless a recognised equivalent is already held, the successful candidate will be willing to study towards the Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification which will be provided by the company.
