Health Care Assistant

Jet Hospitality, are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work with one of our family run care homes in Walton Chertsey/ Surrey.

The position of a Healthcare Assistant is provide a duty of care to the homes residents and guests who visit.

Besides ensuring that all matters of the patient are attended too from bathing to medication administration and the general wellbeing, we also ensure that residents are clean and comfortable in there rooms and communal areas.

Working hours: Working part time or full 20 or 40 hours per week (inc weekends) 07:00-16/17:00 (with 1 hour lunch break)

Assist with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care

• Record Keeping - maintaining up to date reports / nutrition charts
• According to the Care Plan provide personalised care & support
• Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client
• To communicate effectively
• To work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Prompting medication

Experience preferred:

• Domestic or commercial cleaning experience

• Highly meticulous and organised
• Awareness of health and safety requirements
• Good interpersonal skills
• Positive and professional attitude
