Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing company with many opportunities to progress
With an expertise in providing Mechanical services from prefabrication through to Installation , our client work across various sectors, including commercial fit outs, industrial installations and process works ranging from £100k up to £1m.

- You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, (i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager), with experience working for a Building Services contractor, and have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multi-million-pound projects
- Manage site staff and sub-contractors
- Financial Reporting
- Effective communication and client facing skills
- Strong people management skills
- Commercial awareness
- Good IT skills
- Working alongside other Project Managers / Contracts Managers as well as Quantity Surveyors ensuring that the project assigned to you is delivered on time and within budget
- Reporting into the Projects Director and Operations Director
- Industry Standard HVAC / Heating and Plumbing, or Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Qualifications and Certificates
- Driving Licence
The Project Manager form part of a team providing operational leadership, support, and direction to a diverse team of staff and contractors throughout the UK.
You will win and deliver multiple projects autonomously and need to ensure you are able to focus and deliver excellence to our clients in a pressured environment. To operate in line with our policies and processes delivering client satisfaction though the work undertaken you will demonstrate and accomplish project objectives through costing and planning project activities; evaluating implementation and progressing the successful delivery.
you will be based in Bristol/london but will be required to travel to sites which are primarily south west, east and the midlands.
Remuneration Package:
- Base salary: £50k - £75k depending on experience
