Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Produce high-quality video edits for multiple projects within the JD Studio.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our methodology.
• Organising & assembling raw footage from videographers in projects.
• Export & encode video for various channels and platforms, including TV and Cinema.
• Support the planning and production with Producers for various projects.
• Consistently maintain high-quality projects in line with the JD Group guidelines and creative requirements.
• Collaboration with team leaders in the studio ensuring quality delivery of assets on time and on budget.

• Introduce innovative solutions within the studio post-production process where possible.
• Thrive on constructive feedback, actively seeking personal and team development opportunities.

• Provide creative input at the briefing and ideation stages.
• Employ a methodical approach to archive management and file organisation.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

• 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Expert understanding of media production processes.
• Expert knowledge and skill in operating non-linear editing applications with a specialisation in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• An interest in Sound Mixing a plus.
• Basic colour correction/grading knowledge a plus.
• An expert understanding of file encoding and optimisation.
• Must be organised and able to manage relatively high workloads.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion content trends across the industry.
• Able to work accurately, and effectively, maintaining a high level of quality control.
• Must be self-motivated and proactive.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members.
• Must be passionate about video and have an interest in retail.
• Desire to develop and gain a greater understanding of the JD Group as a business.
• Appetite to move the creative video forward and create exciting, on-brand campaigns.
