Are you a motivated, experienced automotive Senior Service Advisor looking to work for an established, dynamic motor retailer, and act as a brand ambassador, supporting a fast-paced business by delivering a premium customer experience?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join us. Working within a close-knit team, the successful candidate will take ownership of looking after our customers while their vehicles are with us for servicing or repairs.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

• Supervising the front of house service team.
• Has excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Has experience as an automotive Service Advisor
• Has a solid understanding of Kerridge
• Has a good mechanical awareness and understanding of cars and parts
• Is organised with a keen eye for detail
