About the Role

This role is a 10 week internship (based on business need) based in our London office, with the requirements of the successful candidate to work from the office at least 2-3 days a week. The role is a full-time role, 5 days per week Mon - Fri.

This role has come about to join the CRM team within our Commercial function, supporting the business by delivering customer facing communications. What is CRM? CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. Our CRM team use tools and strategies to find the best way to communicate with, and engage our existing customer base

You will be responsible for (not limited to):

• Be the last line of defense in making sure communications are saying the right message, to the right customers, at the right time
• Find simple and elegant solutions to complex problems
• Use Excel wizardry to analyse customer data
• Use HTML to make emails and app notifications as attractive and attention grabbing as possible

About You

We’re looking for a undergraduate/ master student or graduate with advanced excel knowledge and who is ready to lead by example and is used to rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and meet the following criteria:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Analytics or Mathematics
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• A track record of fast development and learning
• Comfortable working remotely

Desired:

• Interest in technology and innovation
• Additional Analysis or Data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Snowflake or Other)
