Carpenter

We are looking for competent, qualified and fully equipped carpenters to carry out 2nd fix works over a period of 12 to 18 months on a housing project circa 240 plots. Competitive plot prices can be given once we are contacted.

The works will be as follows:-

Joists/T&G flooring instsallation.

Truss/cut roof installation.

First stage

Window boards, external front door, stair core with temporary handrail, under stair pickup timbers for boarders.

Second stage

Internal door sets, architrave, skirting, quadrant beading, handrail & balustrade, ironmongery and loft hatch.

Ideally all the above works to be carried out in relation to a price/schedule of rates but day work rates will need to be negotiated for when required.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card.
