ITH Pharma specialises in the provision of Parenteral Nutrition, Chemotherapy and CIVAS. Our team provides flexible services with batch and bespoke items for adults, paediatrics and neonates to both NHS and private hospitals. The successful candidate will be joining a forward thinking organisation where sharing ideas and developing their people is how they have built their success.

THE ROLE

As an Internal Recruiter you will report to the Talent Manager and assist in the recruitment life cycle. You work will include all aspects of recruitment administration, interviewing and providing reports relating to the recruitment and retention strategy. Your main duties would include:

• Place external adverts and manage response.
• Management of the applicant pool and screening suitable candidates.
• Arranging interviews, administering assessments to interviewees and attend interviews when required.
• Onboarding successful candidates.
• Assisting in compiling reports relating to recruitment and retention.
• Work with the Talent Manager on business-critical projects.

THE PERSON

Applicants must have experience working in an administration/customer service environment, preferably in a recruitment role but this is not essential as full training will be provided.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a busy office environment demonstrating you strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong IT skills are also vital for this role. You must be logical and able to work systematically in a consistent way, ideally having demonstrated this ability in a fast paced working environment.

This role would suit someone from an agency background looking to move in house.

In addition you will need to be methodical in approach, able to demonstrate close attention to detail and be able to work on your own initiative.

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm.

In return, we pay between £26000 to £30,000 a year as a base salary.
