CASTING PRODUCER

iSite is the UK’s largest digital media agency specialising in the creation, hosting and distribution of video content and images for some of the biggest brands in the world.

THE ROLE

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Casting Producer to join our Production department based at our studios in Colchester.

As Casting Producer you will work with the production teams to source and book accurate talent for our productions.

Your core duties will include (but not limited to):

- Briefing agencies and selecting most appropriate talent for client selects

- Booking talent, locations and external contributors such as MUA and chefs

- Sourcing talent through social media channels

- Talent contracts, usage and buyout fees

- Confirming details of shoot and creating call sheets

- Tracking invoices, updating internal databases

- Making positive and trusted relationships with talent and agencies

- Attendings shoots and working with talent

- Liaising with our in-house production teams

- Complying with GDPR

REQUIREMENTS:

- Solid experience with Word, Excel and Outlook

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve

- Self-motivation and initiative

- Time management and planning

- High level of organisation & great attention to detail

- You will need to hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle
