Project Coordinator

Our client manufactures capital equipment and due to the successful development of new products, they have secured key contracts for the business and as such they are now keen to hire a Project co-ordinator to work closely with the Project Manager and ensure effective delivery within agreed time scales.

This is a business-critical role, and you will provide an efficient project co-ordination service to internal and external customers. You will be a key support to the Project Manager and responsibilities will include:

· Liaison with all project stakeholders, including but not limited to internal stakeholders and customers throughout the duration of each project.

· Monitoring and progressing of manufacturing process and ensuring adherence to the execution timeline.

· Coordinate the documentation required for efficient and timely management of the project.

· Support Project Manager/Engineer with project resource planning, monitoring and reporting.

· Support Project Manager/Engineer with monitoring of project costs and invoicing throughout the duration of each project.

· Project site representation monitoring quality, progress and manufacturing.

· Preparation and checking of progress reports, cost trackers and revenue forecasts as allocated within a project.

· Equipment mobilisation including Selection, Packaging, manifesting of all equipment in conjunction with Project Manager/Team Leader.

· Attendance and participation at review meetings when required.

· Documentation control in line with project procedures and Master control requirements

· Administration function to cover for holidays and sickness as required.

· Arrangement of shipping, including ensuring correct documentation is issued for shipping when required in project.

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
