Newly Qualified Welder

• Location: Mansfield
• Shift: Monday – Thursday 7am - 4pm & Friday 7am-1.45pm (early finish Friday)

This is a long term position with the opportunity of a permanent contract after 12 successful weeks with the company.

Main Duties:

• Cutting steel to drawing specification
• Drilling steel to drawing specification
• Fabricating steel to drawing specification
• Welding steel of different thicknesses
• Plasma cutting
• Repairs that include grinding, welding and cutting

Training to be given to the right candidate **

Fabrication of Beavertail bodies to specific drawings, this is not an assembly line, and each body is built from start to finish by one fabricator. Giving any newly qualified welder the chance to gain confidence and experience.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks

Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
